Shrimp with veggies, brown rice and a little sesame oil. Delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Fried Rice

40 shrimp Shrimp Cooked
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Onions
1 cup Onions
2 serving Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Fried Rice

Cook the brown rice according to package directions. Use already cooked shrimp. Peel tails off, set aside. Chop veggies into bite size chunks. Heat oil in frying pan. Saute the veggies. Once they are beginning to get tender, stir in cooked rice. Scrape a place in the center of thr frypan and drop 2 eggs scrambling them as they cook. Then mix scrambled egg in with all the other ingredients. Serve with soy sauce and a tossed salad.
