Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Fried Rice

1 cup white rice
1 egg, scrambled
3 tbsp scallions, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 oz shrimp, diced
1 tsp ginger, grated

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. scramble egg, put aside

  2. add oil, scallions, ginger and rice, fry for 3 minutes

  3. add cooked shrimp and egg, soy sauce and heat through
