Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Fried Rice

2 cups brown rice
1 lb medium shrimp
2 tblsp soy sauce
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup celery
2 tblsp sesame seeds
1 tblsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Fried Rice

Cook 2 pkgs Steamfresh brown rice according to directions. Heat Canola oil in large pan on high. Add onions, celery, rice, and sesame seeds. Stir constantly over high heat for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce (more to suit your taste) and peeled shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes more until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
