Shrimp- 19, or 2 chicken breast halves

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Fried Rice

100 g Shrimp, Cooked
4 cups rice
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz peas and carrots
2 green onions, chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice separately in rice cooker

  2. Sauté veggies and meat (or shrimp) in garlic/butter mixture

  3. scramble eggs, add to veggie and meat mixture

  4. Add cooked rice

  5. Add lemon/lime juice and soy sauce to taste

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
