Mediterranean dish with tomatoes and feta cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp with Feta

2 T olive oil
1/2 c onion
28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
1/3 c white wine
12 oz shrimp
4 oz feta cheese
2 T parsley

Recipe Directions for Shrimp with Feta

Saute onion in olive oil until transcluscent. Add tomatoes, wine and oregano, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink. Add feta cheese and stir. Remove from heat and serve with a sprinkling of parsley.
