Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Feta Linguine

20 shrimp
28 oz. diced tomatoes
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 cup feta cheese
2 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/8 cup parsley
1/8 cup basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
450 grams linguine

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Feta Linguine

boil water and add linguine until ala dente (approx. 8 minutes) Pan fry onions and garlic in olive oil. add tomatoes, oregano and grind in fresh pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes. add in large peeled shrimp and simmer till shrimp turn colour and are cooked. Put linguine into a big bowl. Add sauce, crumbled feta cheese and basil and parley. Mix well and serve with a salad.
