Recipe Ingredients for shrimp w/ farfalle

8 oz Farfalle
16 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.5 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 oz Premium 100% Juice
1 serving Sherry Vinegar

Recipe Directions for shrimp w/ farfalle

  1. Cook farfalle per label, drain

  2. Toss shrimp w/ cumin, salt, pepper. Cook over med-hi heat in 1 TBS oil until pink. Remove.

  3. In 2 tsp oil, cook onions, thyme. cinnamon until onions are soft, about 4 min.

  4. Increase heat to hi, add orange juice, vinegar, tomatoes, 1/2 C olives. Cook until thickened, about 4 min.

  5. Add shrimp, remove from heat. Toss w/ farfalle & 1 tsp orange zest.
