Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Etoufee

4 ounces shrimp
1 salt, pepper and creole seasoning
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/8 cup celery, chopped
1/8 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cloves garlic, crushed
2 ounces tomato sauce
4 ounces canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/8 cup cooking sherry

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Etoufee

Season shrimp to taste with seasonings. Saute onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in olive oil until tender. Add seasoned shrimp, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sherry and continue simmering another 5 - 10 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
