Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Dip

8 ounces fresh shrimp
8 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tbls Parsley

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Dip

  1. Peel and devein shrimp, remove tails. Steam shrimp for three minutes in salted water, with lemon. Remove shrimp and cool completely in ice bath. Finely chop shrimp in food processor.

  2. Mix the room tempeature cream cheese with cocktail sauce. Mix well then add shrimp and combine well.

  3. Put into serving bowl and top with parsley. Serve with melba crackers.
