Mexican version of Shrimp Cocktail

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Delight

1 pound Shrimp
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 cup celery chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 green onions
1/2 cup Cucumber
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 Jalapeņo Pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Delight

  1. Directions:

  2. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large container.

  3. Fill an 8 to 16 ounce nice designer glass for presentation with small shrimp (per person).

  4. Around the rim place about 6-8 medium shrimp for eye appealing appearance.

  5. Stir the combined ingredients and finish filling the glasses with the prepared tomato sauce.

  6. Serve with your choice of good quality crackers, or other crisp chips of your choice.
