253 grams bay shrimp
2/3 cup rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Cucumber Salad

  1. Cut cucumber into julienne strips add shrimp and rice vinegar.

  2. Refridgerate for a couple of hours before serving and stir occasionally while marinating

  3. One serving is equivalent to about 1 cup
