Recipe Ingredients for shrimp creole

24 oz raw Frozen Shrimp: Ready to Cook, Cleaned, Tail Off, Large
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for shrimp creole

in pan add olive oil, chopped celery, onions and green peper. stir in shrimp stir for a few minutes, add spices, and tomatoes, simmer for 1 hr. sever over rice.
