A quick version of a southern classic

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Creole

11 oz Shrimp
1.75 cup Tomatoes Diced Fire Roasted
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cajun Creole Seasoning
1 cup Okra
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 Serving Sherry
1 serving Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Creole

Heat olive oil in skillet and saute the onions, bell pepper, and garlic until softened. Add okra and canned tomatoes and cook a few minutes longer. Add shrimp and spices and c ook until shrimp are just cooked through. Serve over rice.
