Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Couscous

8 oz shrimp
1 onion
1/2 cup black olives
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp celery salt
5 4/5 oz dry couscous
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Couscous

Marinate shrimp in 1 tbsp olive oil, diced garlic and spices. Saute diced onion, set aside. Prepare 1 box of couscous (any flavor). Mix onion into cooked couscous, put in a serving dish. Put shrimp in a saute pan and drizzle with 1/4 cup olive oil. When done, put it on top of the couscous in the serving dish. Top with diced olives and pour the remaining oil over the dish.
