1/2 c Cous Cous
1 cup Snap peas
1 medium Zucchini
1/4 onion
1 lb. shrimp
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 cup broccoli
3/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Cous Cous

  1. Saute all the vegetables, seasone with salt and pepper

  2. Add the srimp stir to cook

  3. Add the cous cous stir to coat

  4. Add water and then cover and let stand for 5 minutes
