ingrediens: 2 boxes of jiffy cornbread cooked about 50 large shrimp (cut into small pieces) 1 can cream mushroom soup 1can cream celery soup 1 stick butter 1 small fresh tomato 1 med onion 1 stk celery 1 med bell pepper cut ahrimp in small bite size soften bellpeppers in microwave for about 5 minutes

8 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
50 shrimp Shrimp
3 serving Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
3 serving Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup, diced Celery
4 oz Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for shrimp cornbread stuffed bell pepper

  1. saute , butter onions celery bell pepper and tomato till softened

  2. add shrimp cook about 5 minutes

  3. add cream mushroom and cream celery soup and mix well and simmer about 10 minutes

  4. crumble cooked cornbread into mixture and stuff int softened peppers and place into oven at 350 for avout 30 minutes or untill tops of peppers are golden brown

  5. enjoy
