Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Coctail

1 cup slices Cucumber
4 serving Clamato Tomato Cocktail
1 cup, cubes Avocados
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, diced Celery
1 serving Cilantro leaves
100 shrimp Shrimp
6 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Coctail

Cut up all vegetables to your desired size. Thaw shrimp, pull off tails. You can use any size shrimp that you would like. we use the medium size shrimp. In a big bowl combine, Shrimp, vegetables, and clamato juice. Squeeze in about two limes. mix together. Chill in the fridge for 5-15 mins. Remove and serve. You can also add in Jalepenos, and onions. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
