A creamy belly warming and filling hearty chowder. High in protein and low in calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Chowder

1 small onion (50g)
14 oz (385g) raw shrimp
1 cup (70g) celery
1 cup (139g) chopped carrots
2 cups fat free skim milk
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup (85g) green beans
1 cup (85g) mushrooms
1 cup sweet corn

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Chowder

  1. Shell and de-vein shrimp

  2. Finely dice onion

  3. Slice celery and carrots

  4. Snap breen beans inot 1 inch pieces

  5. Cube sweet ptotao

  6. Saute onion, celery, and carrots in country Crock lite spread.

  7. Add cream cheese and milk.

  8. Melt over low heat.

  9. Add green beans.

  10. Add shrimp.

  11. Heat til shrimp is pink.

  12. Add mushrooms, and potato.

  13. Heat through.

  14. Serve.

  15. Enjoy!
