Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Chili

1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 cup onions
2 cups squash
2 cups zucchini
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
3/4 lb shrimp
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 1/2 cups salsa

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Chili

Sautee squash, zucchini and onions with oil. then sautee shrimp (if not already cooked). Put all together in a pot, add tomatoes, spices, salsa - simmer 40 minutes.
