Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Chili Gumbo

1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
796 ml tomatoes, canned, diced
1 cup peas, frozen
2 oz shrimp
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander
1 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Chili Gumbo

  1. heat oil in pan

  2. add onions and spices and fry until tender

  3. add tomatoes and garlic

  4. When hot, add peas, remove from heat and add shrimp

  5. Serve over rice
