14 grams vegetable oil
220 grams cabbage
135 grams onion
172 grams frozen vegetables
255 grams shrimp
142 grams

Recipe Directions for Shrimp/Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in wok and add tsp chopped garlic and tsp chopped ginger.

  2. Add onions and cabbage and stir fry until almost soft

  3. Add frozen vegetables and cook until thawed

  4. Add shrimp and continue to stir fry until shrimp are done

  5. Add leftover cooked chicken last and stir until warmed thru.
