Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp, Chicken, Beef Chow Mein

1/4 lb. Raw Peeled Gulf Shrimp
2 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup, strips Celery
2 tablespoon corn oil
1/2 oz Cornstarch
2 oz Bok Choy
2 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
1/2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Shrimp, Chicken, Beef Chow Mein

  1. Heat oil in wok and cook garlic.

  2. Add bok choy, celery and onion.

  3. Stir-fry for several minutes over high heat.

  4. Add peeled shrimp, cubed chicken and thinly sliced beef. Continue stir-frying several minutes.

  5. Add broth and cover with lid. Cook with lid on for 3 to 4 minutes.

  6. Combine Cornstarch with cold water. Stir in sugar and salt. Add to wok. Continue cooking just until sauce thickens about 1 minute.

  7. Serve immediately with rice.
