Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Chick Pea Stir Fry

1 1/2 cups chick peas
6 shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 cups chopped peppers
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Chick Pea Stir Fry

  1. Put Stove burner on medium high

  2. Spray pam in a skillet.

  3. Place all ingredient in the skillet.

  4. Stir until all items are cooked (10-15 minutes)

  5. Serve!

  6. Note: If you use frozen ingredients, no need to thaw - everything will thaw when cooked in the skillet. You can also add red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
