Recipe Ingredients for shrimp ceviche

4 serving, raw Cilantro
1 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.172 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.3 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
Onion Red
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Raw Peeled Gulf Shrimp

Recipe Directions for shrimp ceviche

chop onions, cilantro, tomatoes, cucumbers and avacado. Put in a bowl with 1 cup lemon/lime juice. Cook shrimp. devein and cool on ice. Chop shrimp. Add to other mixture. Let set an hour.
