Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

A light and refreshing dish, "cooked" by the acids of the limes.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Ceviche

1/2 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
12 limes
1/5 cup tomatoes, diced
1/5 cup red onions, diced
1/2 jalapeno, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Ceviche

  1. Place shrimp in a deep dish and cover with the juice from the limes.

  2. Cover close to top of shrimp and juice with plastic wrap.

  3. Let marinate overnight in fridge, stirring every few hours.

  4. Pour out 2/3 of the juices.

  5. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well and let sit another hour.

  6. Enjoy!
