Easy home-made shrimp ceviche, invented after reading the label of prepared ceviche at the supermarket, which included no less than 20 ingredients including corn oil, msg, etc. This is fresh and healthy! 4 servings for a main dish, but this can serve more as an appetizer, side dish, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Ceviche

16 oz Shrimps
8 oz 100% Lime Juice
12 tbsp Home-Style Fresh Salsa

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Ceviche

  1. Wash, de-vein and peel shrimp.

  2. Cut each shrimp in half.

  3. In a large bowl, mix shrimp and lime juice, ensuring all shrimp are coated.

  4. Refrigerate 1 hour, until shrimp start to turn pink.

  5. Add salsa (12 Tbsp to 2 cups, depending on preference).

  6. Add salt, pepper, and/or tabasco sauce to taste.

  7. Mix well and refrigerate 1-2 hours, until shrimp are fully pink.

  8. Enjoy!
