10 cooked shrimp
1 cup cucumber
1 small tomatoe
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp ceviche

  1. Cook shrimp. Marinate in lime juice.

  2. Chop up rest of ingredients.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Combine shrimp mixture with vegetable mixture.
