Baked shrimp cakes; great for leftover shrimp

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp cakes

1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 cups crackers
2 egg
2 T parmesean cheese
1 t. old bay
4 dashes tabasco
2 t. garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp cakes

  1. chop shrimp in food processor

  2. chop ritz crackers in food processor

  3. add onion, garlic, old bay, tabasco, parm. cheese

  4. Chill overnight

  5. Add 2 eggs, beaten

  6. Shape into patties

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes
