Recipe Ingredients for shrimp cakes with blackberry yogurt sauce

8 oz Shrimp Cooked
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 oz Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 jumbo Egg, Whole
30 grams Breadcrumbs
1.5 tbsp Canola Oil
0.13 cup Fat Free Yogurt Vanilla

Recipe Directions for shrimp cakes with blackberry yogurt sauce

  1. mix chopped shrimp, scallions, chili sauce, egg, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat a large skillet w/ Canola oil over medium-low heat. form tablespoon sized cakes and lower into oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden on both sides and shrimp is cooked through. Drain on towels.

  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and mash berries with a fork. Serve with the shrimp cakes.
