Shrimp broccoli and vegetables, stir fried

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp, broccoli stir fry

1 1/2 lbs shrimp
3 cups broccoli
1 sweet red pepper
2 carrots
1/2 yellow onion
6 mushrooms
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 c soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp, broccoli stir fry

cut up vegetables in equal sizes, heat coconut oil in wok. Add carrots first to cook longer, then onions, broccoli, red pepper and mushrooms, cooking until bright in color, onions and mushrooms slightly carmelized. Add shrimp, cook about 5 minutes, until white but still translucent. Add soy sauce. Heat through, serve with brown rice.
