Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Broccoli Spaghetti with Spicy Lemon

8 shrimp(108 g) Raw Peeled Large Black Tiger Shrimp
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
5 grams Garlic
1.5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Broccoli Spaghetti with Spicy Lemon

Precook broccoli and pasta. Peel and devein shrimp. hydrate then chop chili. Reserve some pasta water. Saute onions, zucchini, garlic, chili in half the oil. Add shrimp, half the lemon juice then broccoli flowers. When shrimp turns pink, add pasta. Add pasta water if necessary. Toss well and season. Turn off heat then add the remaining oil and lemon juice. Adjust final seasoning.
