Healthy spin on a asian classic. No fancy sauce, just shrimp, fresh pepper and some delicious celery.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Broccoli

105 g shrimp
63 g celery
75 g onion
87 g broccoli

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Broccoli

  1. Thaw shrimp under tepid water and then let drain.

  2. Chop up onions and celery stalk (I use the whole celery).

  3. Shop up broccoli (if fresh) or just throw frozen broccoli spears in wok on medium to high heat.

  4. Throw in onions and celery, then shrimp last.

  5. Mix all around until shrimp is pink.

  6. If you'd like toss a little soy sauce but for really clean lean eating just add black pepper for more flavor.
