Spiced Shrimp and Broccoli with Lemon

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Broccoli

2 lbs broccoli
1 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. lemon zest
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 oz. lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Broccoli

  1. Cut broccoli into florettes.

  2. Toss with spices and half olive oil.

  3. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Toss shrimp with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest.

  5. Toss broccoli and add shrimp.

  6. Roast for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges and rice.
