Whole wheat noodles with shrimp, broccoli, carrots in a creamy sauce. (Less than 400 calories per person!)

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Broccoli Casserole

12 oz wheat egg noodles , cooked al dente & drained
1 lb small cooked forzen shrimp , thawed and drained
16 oz frozen broccoli cuts , thawed & drained
3 1/4 oz carrots (1 large), shredded
10 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup
5 1/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
4 oz fat free sour cream
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbl minced garlic
1 tbl lemon juice
1 cup Fit & Active chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Broccoli Casserole

  1. Prepare noodles, without salt. Cook al dente.

  2. Remove tails from shrimp, place in large bowl.

  3. Add noodles and remainng ingredients, stir until well blended.

  4. Pour noodle mixture into baking dish prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Spread evenly.

  5. Cover and bake @ 350-degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
