Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Beef LoMein

12 oz Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
8 oz Mushrooms
15 3/5 grams Celery
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
4 clove Garlic
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 cup Bamboo Shoots (Sliced)
16 oz Large Shrimp
9 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
6 serving Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Beef LoMein

  1. Prepare pasta according to box and drain

  2. Chop or slice all fresh veggies

  3. Heat oil in skillet and toss all veggies in pan once oil is hot

  4. Toss veggies about 5 minutes before adding beef and shrimp

  5. Add soy sauce to mix, toss together

  6. Throw drained pasta in skillet, mix together and serve
