Simple pasta dish with shrimp and fresh basil and tomatoes in a wine sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Basil pasta

30 shrimp
20 grape tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 oz pine nuts
1/2 cup basil
3 green onions
10 oz pasta
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 oz parmesan

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Basil pasta

Pan fry shrimp in butter and wine, add half the basil and all the onions to the sauce. Toast the pine nuts and add the tomatoes to the shrimp for 2 min after the shrimp have cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly. Drain pasta and toss all ingredients together adding remaining basil, pine nuts and shredded Parmesan.
