Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp + Avocado Salad

3 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
3 oz Field Greens
0.5 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup, cubes Avocados
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
0.5 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp + Avocado Salad

Saute Shrimp in the olive oil and minced garlic. Chop tomatoes and avocados and top the mixed greens with them. Pour cooled, cooked shrimp with the olive and garlic on top. Splash with balsamic vinegar and toss. Enjoy
