1/2 large tomato
1/2 red onion
1 avocado
1 green bell pepper
2/5 lb raw shrimp, cooked
1 oz chicken breast, cooked
1 fl oz lemon juice
10 grams cilantro
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Wash and chop the veges (tomato, onion, avocado, bell pepper, and cilantro).
