Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Asparagus with sundried tomatotoes and penne

4 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 pound asparagus
1 pound shrimp
3 tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp. tomato paste
16 oz. penne pasta
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 3/4 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Asparagus with sundried tomatotoes and penne

  1. while penne is cooking....

  2. sautee aspargus in tomato oil for 5 minutes. remove from pan and add shrimp and spices. cook til shrimp are pink. set aside with asparagus.

  3. add wine, broth and paste. simmer til thickened. add asparagus , shrimp and parm. warm..then add penne.
