8 oz whole wheat penne 16 oz shrimp 1 red pepper 1 lb asparagus, cut into pieces 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 c Parmesan cheese 2 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil 1clove garlic 1/2 tsp red pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta

8 ounces Pasta, Fresh-refrigerated, Plain, As Purchased
16 ounces Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 lb Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Basil, Fresh
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta

  1. 1. In a large pan heat olive oil

  2. 2. Add garlic cook for a minute

  3. 3. Add asparagus and sautéed 3 min

  4. 4. Add shrimp, red pepper, oregano and basil

  5. 5. Cook pasta, and drain

  6. 6. Add shrimp and vegetables

  7. 7. Toss with red pepper and Parmesan cheese
