Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Asparagus Over Pasta

2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 cup green pepper
12 oz. asparagus,chopped
12 oz. shrimp, cooked
16 oz. diced tomatoes, canned
1 tsp. oregano
16 oz. pasta, cooked

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Asparagus Over Pasta

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, peppers and asparagus. Cook until tender. Add cooked shrimp, tomatoes, and oregano. Heat through. Serve over pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
