Easy and healthy shrimp & asparagus soup

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Asparagus Chowder

15 large shrimp
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup skim milk
1 pound asparagus

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Asparagus Chowder

  1. Steam or boil asparagus in a big soup pot until it gets tender.

  2. In the meantime, peel and de-vein the shrimp

  3. Once the asparagus is ready, add the two cans of soup and the milk. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add in the shrimp last and continue boiling softly until shrimp is totally pink and opaque in the middle.

  5. Enjoy!
