Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp With Artichokes and spinach

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 lb jumbo shrimp (shelled and deveined)
7 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano (finely chopped)
10 oz frozen spinach, drained well

Recipe Directions for Shrimp With Artichokes and spinach

  1. In a large skillet heat olive oil over moderate heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute' for 1 minute.

  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just pink. Add the artichoke halves. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Toss in spinach to combine and heat until the artichokes are just warm.
