Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp ala Grecque

1 tbsp olive oil
3 minced cloves garlic
28 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 pound large shrimp
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp ala Grecque

  1. Heat Broiler

  2. Place oil and garlic in a large broiler safe skillet. Saute 2-3 minutes until garlic begins to brown

  3. Add tomatoes and heat to boiling over high heat stirring occasionally until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in Shrimp and parsley. Cook until shrimp start to curl. Sprinkle on feta cheese.

  4. Place skillet under broiler and cook until cheese is melted and browns slightly.
