Recipe Ingredients for Shrim & Wild Rice Casserole

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup green onions, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 quarts wild rice, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 pounds shrimp, large
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned

Recipe Directions for Shrim & Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Saute seasonings & shrimp in olive oil; add & stir the mushroom soup; combine all rice; cheese and pour into 9 x 13" greased dish. Top with bread crumbs.

  2. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
