Mexican spiced pork to serve in tortillas or on buns.

Recipe Ingredients for Shredded Mexican Pork

3 pork chops, bone removed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp onion
1 cup water
2 oz chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Shredded Mexican Pork

  1. Cut out bone and cut pork inton 1 inch pieces.

  2. Brown pork in oil and garlic.

  3. Mix together seasonings and add with water. Bring to a boil.

  4. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a slow cooker.

  5. Cook on high 2-3 hours.

  6. Shred pork and serve with fresh cilantro and tortillas. Other toppings optional!
