Shredded Chili Chicken in a slow-cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Shredded Chili Chicken

48 oz Chicken
6 cloves, raw Garlic
24 tablespoons Tomatillo Salsa
2 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
3 dash Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1.5 tbsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Shredded Chili Chicken

  1. 3 lbs of chicken breast

  2. 6 garlic cloves, chopped

  3. 2 tbsp of minced chipotle peppers

  4. 3 dashes of salt

  5. 1/4 tsp of pepper

  6. 1 jar of Ortega tomatillo salsa

  7. All in a slow cooker for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

  8. Remove from slow cooker, shred up chicken. Great by itself or as a main ingredient for tacos.
