chicken, bean & veggie burrito

Recipe Ingredients for shredded chicken burrito

1 lb chicken breast
16 oz black beans
1/2 oz taco seasoning
1 tbsp chili powder
16 oz sweet corn
1 medium green pepper
1 medium green pepper
1 cups white rice
1 tbsp salt
4 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz refried beans
8 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for shredded chicken burrito

  1. boil a whole chicken - remove white meat

  2. shred white meat - set aside

  3. cook rice as directed

  4. combine black beans, taco seasoning, chili powder, corn, peppers & salt

  5. heat up together and add chicken & rice - combine well

  6. spread refried beans on tortilla & add chicken mix - roll up and place in baking dish seam down - top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
