20 brussels sprout
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 ounce pancetta, diced

Recipe Directions for Shredded Brussels Sprouts

  1. shred brussels sprouts in a food processor.

  2. heat oil in a large pan. add onions to carmelize. stir frequently in order to not fry them. after 20 minutes add the diced pancetta.

  3. Add the shredded brussels sprouts. stir and cook until the sprouts are wilted and a vivid green in color. YUM.
