Recipe Ingredients for Shredded Brussel Sprouts

1 pound brussel sprouts, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
1 balsamic vinegar, to taste
1 Parmesan cheese, to taste

Recipe Directions for Shredded Brussel Sprouts

  1. By hand or in a food processor shred sprouts.

  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add sprouts and saute until tender but still crisp.

  4. Add balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
